What is
C&C Care -

C&C Care is an additional assistance service that covers the risk of damage to your device. It is valid for one year and must be activated at the same time as the purchase of the device and can be extended for a further 12 months if subscribed to within the annual deadline.

C&C Care covers the repair or replacement of the device in case of accidental damage for a limit of 1 intervention per year and provides for the replacement of the device if it cannot be repaired.

In case of damage to the device, you can go to the nearest C&C Authorized Service Center or contact Customer Care at 080 562 2398 from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm (excluding holidays). Once the coverage of the service has been verified, the process of managing the case will begin.

If your AirPods or AirPods Pro (headphones or case) are damaged, you can go directly to one of our stores and have the device repaired or replaced, subject to service coverage.

C&C Care
for refurbished iPhones
-

C&C Care covers damage to remanufactured iPhones for 70% of the purchase price of the product. If the damage is higher, the remaining repair cost will be charged to you. If you decide to renounce to the repair, C&C will give you a Gift Card equal to 70% of the amount spent to buy the device and will keep the damaged device.

The service is valid for 12 months and it must be activated at the same time of the purchase of the regenerated iPhone and it can't be extended for the years after the first one.

In case of damage to the device you can contact the number 080 562 2398 from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18 (except holidays). C&C Customer Care will check the coverage and start the process of managing the case.
