Regional calls
Some Italian regions have made efforts to help their citizens after the COVID-19 emergency.

Here is a list of those that have allocated funds to help businesses and professionals with their purchases.

CONTRIBUTIONS TO BUSINESSES FOR THE ADOPTION OF PREVENTION MEASURES AND SAFETY PROTECTION IN WORKING PLACES

Non-repayable grants to companies granted in the manner governed by the notice approved by resolution no. 993 of the Regional Council of 3 July 2020 to support the competitiveness and technological innovation of the regional production sector under the ROP ERDF 2014-2020 - Action 2.3 - Activity 2.3.c "Aid for investment and business reorganization and restructuring of SMEs" - Line of intervention 2.3.c.1 "Supporting the competitiveness and technological innovation of SMEs in the different sectors of the regional productive system, financing technological investments to face the health emergency from COVID-19".

The funding is intended to SMEs in the manufacturing sectors, with primary or secondary activity, indicated in the Chamber of Commerce view, relevant to the ISTAT ATECO 2007 codes included in Section C, Manufacturing activities, division from n. 10 to n. 33, excluding tobacco industry division 12.

The investments are aimed at ensuring the resumption and continuity of production activities affected by the epidemiological emergency by COVID-19, to support the competitiveness and technological innovation of the company through the adoption of prevention and protection measures for safety in the workplace in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008, the guidelines and safety protocols adopted by regional and national authorities and through hardware and software digitization tools oriented to the development of e-commerce solutions. New and additional products and services or an innovative adaptation of the working environments of an existing establishment can be facilitated. The project must be completed and the expenditure incurred reported within 12 months from the date of receipt of the concession decree.

The minimum eligible expenditure limit of the project in the selection phase is 5.000,00 euro.
The maximum limit of eligible grant to each company is 150,000.00 euros.

Digital Contributions I4.0 - Year 2020
The Prato Chamber of Commerce, as part of the activities provided for in the National Enterprise Plan 4.0 intends to promote the dissemination of digital culture and practice in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of all economic sectors through:
-
the dissemination of digital culture among the MPMI of the Chamber of Commerce territorial district;
- raising the awareness of companies on the possible solutions offered by digital and their benefits; - the economic
support to the initiatives of digitization in view Enterprise 4.0 implemented by the companies of the territory in parallel with the services offered by the PID.

The benefits will be granted in the form of a non-refundable grant.
The grants will cover 70% of the total amount of the expenses admitted and actually incurred and will have a maximum amount of € 7,000.00, in addition to the premium referred to in art. 13 of the Call for Proposals, for companies with a legality rating.
In order to be eligible for the contribution, projects must exceed a minimum amount of € 3,000.00 Expenses

are eligible:
- consultancy and/or training services relating to one or more of the technologies referred to in Article 2, paragraph 3 of this Call for Proposals; -
purchase of goods and instrumental services, including devices and connection costs, functional to the acquisition of the enabling technologies referred to in Article 2, paragraph 3.

Marche Region
A new measure promoted by the Marche Region and the Marche Chamber of Commerce to support entrepreneurs in the Marche region in initiating digital internationalization processes of their business activities, with particular reference to access to B2B digital markets, new forms of marketing and opening to new markets through digital platforms and software. for proposals This Chamber of Commerce intervention, co-funded by the Marche Region, provides for a total budget of € 1,200,000.00 and is part of the framework of synergetic actions to support the internationalization of businesses provided for in the Convention signed by the Marche Region and Marche Chamber of Commerce for the year 2020. The grants will be granted through the over-the-counter procedure according to the chronological order of presentation and until the available funds are exhausted. The interventions supported by the call will be financed with a non-refundable grant of 60% with a maximum of 40,000 euros per company. The company will be able to apply for a contribution only after having made the investment and completed the installation work, attaching the relevant receipted proofs of expenditure. Expenditure incurred from 23/02/2020 is eligible. Here is the summary of the call for proposals.

BANDO VOUCHER DIGITALI Impresa 4.0

Fino a 10.000 euro di contributi in Voucher Digitali Impresa 4.0 per sostenere le iniziative di digitalizzazione.
La Camera di Commercio di Roma promuove, tramite il progetto PID - Punto Impresa Digitale, la diffusione della cultura e della pratica digitale nelle micro, piccole e medie imprese di tutti i settori economici.

Il bando Voucher Digitali Impresa 4.0 – anno 2020 prevede contributi a fondo perduto per consulenza e/o formazione, acquisto di beni e servizi strumentali e spese di abbattimento degli oneri (relativi a finanziamenti) finalizzati all’introduzione di tecnologie in ambito Impresa 4.0.

A chi è rivoltoPossono beneficiare delle agevolazioni le micro, piccole o medie imprese aventi sede legale e/o unità locali nella circoscrizione territoriale della Camera di Commercio di Roma. Le imprese devono essere attive, in regola con l’iscrizione al Registro delle Imprese e con il pagamento del diritto annuale.
Non possono partecipare le imprese che hanno ricevuto il contributo in una delle precedenti edizioni del Bando (2017-2019).

Spese ammissibili
a) servizi di consulenza e/o formazione relativi a una o più tecnologie tra quelle previste dal Bando;
b) acquisto di beni e servizi strumentali, inclusi dispositivi e spese di connessione, funzionali all’acquisizione delle tecnologie previste;
c) spese per l’abbattimento degli oneri di qualunque natura (spese di istruttoria, interessi, premi di garanzia, ecc.) relativi a finanziamenti, anche bancari, per la realizzazione di progetti di innovazione digitale riferiti alle tecnologie previste. Tali spese non possono superare il limite del 10% del costo totale del progetto finanziato e non possono essere riferite a un medesimo finanziamento già presentato nell’ambito di uno dei Bandi della Camera di Commercio di Roma.

Tecnologie
Gli ambiti tecnologici di innovazione digitale ricompresi nel presente Bando devono riguardare almeno una tecnologia dell’Elenco 1 con l’eventuale aggiunta di una o più tecnologie dell’Elenco 2.

Elenco 1: utilizzo delle seguenti tecnologie, inclusa la pianificazione o progettazione dei relativi interventi e, specificamente:
a) robotica avanzata e collaborativa;
b) interfaccia uomo-macchina;
c) manifattura additiva e stampa 3D;
d) prototipazione rapida;
e) internet delle cose e delle macchine;
f) cloud, fog e quantum computing;
g) cyber security e business continuity;
h) big data e analytics;
i) intelligenza artificiale;
j) blockchain;
k) soluzioni tecnologiche per la navigazione immersiva, interattiva e partecipativa (realtà aumentata, realtà virtuale e ricostruzioni 3D);
l) simulazione e sistemi cyberfisici;
m) integrazione verticale e orizzontale;
n) soluzioni tecnologiche digitali di filiera per l’ottimizzazione della supply chain;
o) soluzioni tecnologiche per la gestione e il coordinamento dei processi aziendali con elevate caratteristiche di integrazione delle attività (ad es. ERP, MES, PLM, SCM, CRM, incluse le tecnologie di tracciamento, ad es. RFID, barcode, etc);
p) sistemi di e-commerce;
q) sistemi per lo smart working e il telelavoro;
r) soluzioni tecnologiche digitali per l’automazione del sistema produttivo e di vendita per favorire forme di distanziamento sociale dettate dalle misure di contenimento legate all’emergenza sanitaria da Covid-19;
s) connettività a Banda Ultralarga.


Elenco 2: utilizzo di altre tecnologie digitali, purché propedeutiche o complementari a quelle previste al precedente Elenco 1
a) sistemi di pagamento mobile e/o via Internet;
b) sistemi fintech;
c) sistemi EDI (electronic data interchange);
d) geolocalizzazione;
e) tecnologie per l’in-store customer experience;
f) system integration applicata all’automazione dei processi;
g) tecnologie della Next Production Revolution (NPR);
h) programmi di digital marketing.


Modalità di invio della domanda
Le domande devono essere trasmesse esclusivamente in modalità telematica con firma digitale, attraverso lo strumento Webtelemaco di Infocamere – Servizi e-gov, fino alle ore 21:00 del 31 dicembre 2020.

FUND LOSSED CONTRIBUTIONS FOR BALNEAR

STABILIMENTS
Two calls for proposals allocating a total of €5 million to companies in the sector.
The first one makes available 3.5 million euros to encourage, with contributions of up to 45%, the expenses incurred for projects for the requalification and modernization of structures in the name of environmental sustainability and advanced services in the field of the most modern information and digital technologies. The second, with a financial endowment of 1.5 million, provides for the granting of non-repayable grants to partially cover the costs incurred by bathing establishments to guarantee the collective rescue and rescue service for bathers. Applications for contributions must be sent to the Region exclusively by telematic means, via the web application "Sphinx 2000", and must be submitted, respectively, for the first call for proposals, from 10 a.m. on 29 September to 1 p.m. on 15 October; for the second call for proposals, the useful window is between 10 a.m. on 6 October and 1 p.m. on the 20th of the same month (http://fesr.regione.emilia-romagna.it).

The projects that apply must have a minimum size of 30 thousand euros. The non-refundable grants are equal to 40% of the investments, with an additional 5% in favour of companies with a significant presence of women and/or young people. All with a maximum financial aid ceiling set at 15 thousand euros. Eligible expenses include those for construction, masonry and plant engineering works, and those for the purchase of equipment, furnishings and IT equipment. The procedure provides for the early closure of the time window for the submission of projects when the 250 applications for grants are reached.

Activation of a Family Friendly Innovation Plan in SMEs

In implementation of the operational guidelines for the start of the selection procedures for the beneficiaries of measures for the promotion of "company welfare" and new forms of family friendly work organization approved by D.G.R. n. 1557 of 2/08/2019, the purpose of the Public Notice is to encourage the adoption in small and medium enterprises in Puglia of models of work organization based on the destandardization of working hours - through tools such as flexibility in entry and exit, menu-based timetables, time bank, etc.. - and/or working methods - teleworking, smart working - through the provision of contributions aimed at bearing the cost of drawing up and implementing a Family Friendly Innovation Plan for the benefit of their workers.

Who can participate - Small and medium enterprises with registered and operational headquarters in Puglia.

What it finances -
The Notice finances the drafting and implementation of a Family Friendly Innovation Plan in SMEs aimed at improving business productivity and work-life balance.
The Family Friendly Innovation Plan must be drawn up on the basis of the analysis of the needs related to work-life balance and the organizational well-being of the targeted workers and may include the implementation of:
- hourly and/or organizational flexibility measures;
- preparatory activities for the introduction of flexibility measures.
The project proposals may not exceed the total amount of 100,000.00 euros.
The contribution will finance up to 80% of the expenditure for the drafting and implementation of a Family Friendly Innovation Plan for a maximum duration of 18 months and up to 100% of the expenditure for training in preparation for the implementation of the Family Friendly Innovation Plan.

Calabria Region
i4.0 digital vouchers - single measure - 2020. allocation euro 100,000.00. concerning digitization initiatives, also aimed at green oriented approaches of the productive fabric.

Within the project Digital Enterprise Point - PID, the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Calabria provides € 100,000.00 of economic resources in the form of vouchers, to financially support the initiatives of digitization in view Enterprise 4.0 implemented by companies in the metropolitan area.

Recipients
Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MPMI), as defined in Annex 1 of EU Regulation no. 651/2014 (v. the Rules of Procedure), of any sector, with registered office and/or local production units in the territorial circumscription of the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Calabria and in possession of the requirements set out in the Notice. Each company may submit only one voucher request.

Eligible operations and eligible
expenditure Expenditure is eligible for:
a) consultancy and/or training services relating to one or more of the technologies listed in Article 2 of the Call for Proposals: such expenditure must represent at least 50% of eligible expenditure; b) the purchase
of capital goods, up to a maximum of 50% of eligible expenditure, for the acquisition of the enabling technologies referred to in Article 2 of the Call for Proposals. Expenditure incurred from the date of submission of the application and within the maximum period indicated when the Chamber of Commerce of Reggio Calabria announces the award of the grant will be considered eligible.

Contributions
Contributions will be paid in the form of vouchers covering a percentage of eligible costs equal to 70%.
The maximum amount of the voucher obtainable may not exceed € 10,000.00.
In any case, the minimum total investment must be at least € 5 ,000.00.
Companies in possession of the legality rating will be given priority in the ranking taking into account the rating score.

Liguria Region
Regione Liguria with resolution of the Regional Council of 30 April 2020, n. 374, has approved the "Extraordinary Support Plan for the Tourism Sector - Emergency Covid-19" aimed at the implementation of direct interventions to businesses and seasonal workers in the Tourism Sector who have been left unemployed as a result of the health emergency by Covid-19.

On the workers' front, the Plan provides for a line of intervention called "SMART@TTIVE", of which the Integrated Individual Path Type A) is part, which takes the form of an entirely remote use of active labour policy and training services. Recipients of Type A) individual pathways, if they meet the requirements set out in the attached Notice, may request a "Covid-19 Emergency Bonus (ICT Voucher)" as a one-off contribution to cover expenses incurred for the purchase or rental of IT equipment and/or activation of data traffic, internet/fiber installation.

The beneficiaries who are already beneficiaries of the individual integrated route Type A) of the SMART@TTIVE intervention can apply for an ICT Voucher if they meet the following requirements at the time of submitting the application under this Notice:

a) be in charge of one of the beneficiaries of Type A) and have benefited from at least the first 8 hours of orientation aimed at analysing the professional profile and training needs;
b) be in possession of I.S.E.E. certification of the family unit up to € 30.000.00;
c) have made and paid one or more expenses referred to in paragraph 3 above of this Notice, starting from May 20, 2020 and until the end of the individual path Type A) undertaken;
d) have not benefited from other forms of regional and/or national contribution, even in part, for the same expenses covered by the voucher request in this Notice.

Applications for admission to the facility must be drawn up exclusively electronically by accessing the online application system from the website https://filseonline.regione.liguria.it. Applications may be submitted from 22 July 2020 until the funds have been used up.
