What do I need to know before we start?
Before proceeding we ask you to follow these instructions:

1) The computer must be properly packaged, better if the original one.
2) It is important to disable find my iPhone, find my Mac, and indicate the firmware password in the case of Mac.
3) A data backup must be made. We are not responsible for partial or total loss. We can help you with Backup via paid service.
4) Remove the sim in case of iOS products.
5) Provide proof of purchase if the product is eligible for the 24-month warranty (iOS products belonging to the Carrier telephone distribution chain, products from other countries and reconditioned products are excluded) 5)

How do I know what's wrong with my device?
